Product images are provided for illustration purposes. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate, minor differences in packaging or bottle design may occur due to manufacturer updates.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the price paid at checkout will apply.

5. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, scent preference is highly personal and subjective.

For this reason:

Products cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer does not like the fragrance, scent, projection, longevity, or personal performance expectations.
Returns may only be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should carefully review product information before placing an order.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs may be required before a replacement or refund is approved.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
